How long does it take to receive the first digital draft?
We aim to deliver the first digital draft to you within two working days from the date of order placement.
What is the production timeline after the draft approval?
Upon approval of the draft, the average production time for the order is two weeks. Please note that this duration may vary based on the complexity and scale of the order.
Can amendments be made after the first draft is approved?
Once the first draft is approved and/or the invitations have been printed, we can no longer make any amendments to the order. Therefore, we encourage thorough review and approval before proceeding with production.
How do I provide the content for my wedding invitations?
Once you have placed an order with us, we will promptly email you within 1 working day with a comprehensive form to complete all the relevant details for your wedding invitations. The form will cover essential information such as the venue name, dates, and any finer details you wish to include.
