These Terms & Conditions apply to all rental items offered by Sinta Designs through our Rentals Collection. By booking our rental products, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

A refundable security deposit is required upon checkout and is payable alongside the hire fee to secure your booking.

Bookings are confirmed only once full payment and deposit are received.

All hires are subject to a minimum 3-day rental period, including both collection and return days.

2. Collection & Returns

Bookings must include both the collection and return dates. Clients are responsible for collecting and returning all hire items to our studio in Cardiff, South Wales (full address provided upon booking confirmation).

Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date.

Delivery may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to request a delivery quote and confirm availability. Please note that a minimum 3-day rental period still applies.

3. Damage, Loss & Cleaning

All rental items must be returned in the condition they were provided—clean, undamaged, and complete.

Charges will apply for:

• Loss or damages
• Excessive cleaning required due to misuse, wax spills, stains, or improper packing.

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 working days of return, minus any deductions for damage or loss.

4. Late Returns & Penalties

Late returns will incur a daily penalty fee equivalent to 25% of the hire charge per day overdue.

If items are not returned within 7 days of the agreed date, Sinta Designs reserves the right to consider them lost and charge the full replacement cost.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 If cancelled by the client:

• More than 6 months before the event: Full refund minus £40 admin fee.
• 3 to 6 months before the event: Refund of the deposit and 50% of the hire charge, minus £40 admin fee.
• Less than 3 months before the event: No refund of deposit or hire charges.

5.2 If cancelled by Sinta Designs for any reason, all fees and deposits will be refunded in full.

6. Liability & Indemnity

Sinta Designs is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the use or misuse of our rental items.

The client assumes full responsibility during the hire period and agrees to indemnify Sinta Designs against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from use of the items.

7. Force Majeure

Sinta Designs is not liable for failure to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God, strikes, or transport disruptions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or refund as appropriate.

8. General Terms

All hire items remain the property of Sinta Designs at all times.

Items must not be sub-hired, modified, or used in any way that could cause damage.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
