Welcome to Sinta Designs. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website, purchases of physical products, rentals, and any services provided by Sinta Designs. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Information

“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Sinta Designs.

“You” and “your” refer to the customer, client, or user of the website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

2. Website Use

Our website is intended for personal and commercial customers aged 18 and over.

You may not misuse our website for unlawful purposes, transmit viruses, or infringe on any rights.

We strive to keep all content accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee that descriptions, prices, or stock levels are error-free or current.

3. Product Orders & Sales

All items listed for purchase (excluding rentals) are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour, finish, or sizing may occur.

Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges will be clearly stated at checkout.

3.1 Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store payment details.

3.2 Delivery

Delivery options and timescales vary depending on location and product. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Missed or incorrect deliveries may incur additional charges.

4. Rentals

All rentals are subject to our Rental Terms & Conditions, which include details on booking, payment, collection and return, liability, damages, cancellation, and minimum hire periods.

5. Bespoke Orders & Styling Services

Bespoke designs, personalised items, and styling services are quoted individually.

A deposit may be required to confirm custom orders.

Once production begins, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Products (Non-Rental)

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Cancellations

7.1 Please refer to the Rental T&Cs for rental-specific cancellations.

7.2 Product Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless they have already been dispatched.

7.3 Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

8. Liability & Indemnity

Sinta Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sinta Designs harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, images, logos, and designs) is the property of Sinta Designs and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the website or brand assets without prior written permission.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or technical failures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
