Refundable Deposit
A deposit is required for all hire items to protect against loss or damage during the rental period. It helps ensure our pieces are returned in the same condition they were delivered, so future couples can enjoy them too.
The deposit is fully refundable once all items are returned on time and in good condition. We’ll process the refund promptly after collection and inspection, approximately within 7 working days of return date.
Collection & Return
Please ensure your booking includes both the collection and return days. All hires are subject to a minimum 3-day hire period. You will be responsible for collecting and returning all hire items from our studio in Cardiff, South Wales (full address provided upon booking confirmation).
Delivery to your home or venue may be available for an additional fee. If you would like to arrange delivery, please contact us.
